Our recent stay at Quality Inn for a corporate retreat left us with mixed feelings. As a seasoned solo traveler seeking comfort and serenity, I was looking forward to a productive yet relaxing environment for our business activities. the hotel's convenient location near the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center was a definite plus, making it easy for our team to attend meetings and events. However, the facilities felt tired and overdue for an update. the meeting room, while adequate for our small group, lacked a modern touch that would have enhanced our work sessions. Despite the minor shortcomings, the staff's attentiveness and the smooth check-in process ensured a hassle-free experience. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing us to work remotely without any disruptions. the bar/lounge area provided a cozy spot to unwind after a long day of meetings. Overall, while there is room for improvement in terms of modernization and amenities, Quality Inn served as a decent choice for our business travel needs. I will keep an eye out for future updates and enhancements that could make it a top choice for business travelers like myself.
